Yoga at FEDERATION SQUARE with Sarah Machado.
As a part of Federation Square's Community and Wellbeing Programme we are running Free Lunch Time Yoga at The Atrium every Tuesday 1:15pm to 2pm.
We will be doing a Vinyasa slow flow. A dynamic practice with postures that balance strength and flexibility with a focus on alignement and awareness of the breath. Suitable for all levels of experience, strength and flexibility.
Take a break from your day to rest and renew. These sessions are great if you live nearby, on your work break or touring the city.
