VINYASA FLOW YOGA (by donation)
Join me for a mindful and dynamic vinyasa flow class!
We will be moving the body along with the breath, flowing from pose to pose, with the purpose of creating strength, balance and flexibility in the body, as well as aligning and focusing the mind.
These classes are one hour long and will incorporate sun salutations, creative flows and breath awareness to physically and mentally invigorate you.
All levels of students are welcome. Modifications will be offered to students who are newer to the practice.
