Yogatangle class integrating Kundalini Yoga and Mindfulness Tangle drawing brings the abundance and the balance of body, mind and soul.
/Kundalini Yoga, an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practice, incorporates body movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, mudras, body locks, and the chanting of mantras to build physical vitality and increase consciousness/awareness.
/Mindfulness Tangle, a delightful method of meditation, intuitively draws simple repeated patterns to create beautiful pictures. It's easy to do and enjoyable. It has no predetermined up or down strokes and not intended to be a picture.

**About the Instructor**
Bella (Nam Pavan) has dedicated to her own Yoga and creative Art practice for over 10 years before moving to Melbourne from Taiwan in 2017. She is a Kundalini Yoga teacher (provided free Kundalini yoga events to JETSPORT members ), a Practicing Artist (studied visual art at University of Melbourne), a Singing Bowl Sound Healer and an Oneness Blessing Giver.
