**About the Instructor**
Bella (Nam Pavan) has dedicated to her own Yoga practice for over 10 years before moving to Melbourne from Taiwan in 2017. She, having personally benefited from Kundalini Yoga, decided to deepen her practice by completing her 200RT Kundalini Yoga Teacher training and Yoga Therapy Training. She is also a Practicing Artist (studied visual art at University of Melbourne), a Singing Bowl Sound Healer and an Oneness Blessing Giver. She has been so inspired by the change Kundalini Yoga practice have made in her own life and the obstacles it has helped her overcome, that she is passionate about sharing the potential of Kundalini Yoga with others.
