Pre Natal class is open to everyone and you do not need to practice Yoga before.
From your 1st trimester until your 3rd, you can join a class with Celine, who has been trained Pre & Post Natal Yoga at De Gasquet Institute in Paris.
Those sessions help you live your pregnancy better , gain flexibility, relax and know how to breath properly.
From your questions Celine will offer you a body workout understanding your weak points and pain , in order to find practical solutions especially for
backache, sciatica, digestive problems, blood problems, insomnia….
Celine's class are based around 3 principles : breath, stretch, and perinea
No need to book in advance. Just be in the Park 15 minutes before class.
Get a mat , a water bottle and comfy clothes.
