Hey Jetsport Community!
We are a small, friendly, dedicated group that enjoys exercising together at the Botanical Gardens. It's free and accessible to all levels, however some prior experience attending the gym or fitness activities is preferable, as we do not have a professional trainer - we simply have a volunteer that leads the routine. We do a mix of cardio and body weight exercises, and happy for people to do their own modifications and/or work out at their own pace. Come and try it out, we'd love to see you there!
